Returning Books to Harbury Village Library
Harbury Village Library will reopen on Wednesday 25th March from 09.30 to 11.00 so that people can start to return their Warwickshire County Library and Harbury Blue Label books. Although we are keen to receive the books so that they are ready as soon as we are able to resume our normal service, there is no need to rush. All fines have currently been waived. If you want to renew a book you can do this online on the Warwickshire County Library website or on the Harbury Village Library website.

When returning books to the library please please note the following procedures that have been introduced for the safety of you and of our volunteers. The gate closest to the Co-op will be designated as the Entrance gate. Please line up on the ramp leading up to the library door making sure to keep 2 metres distance between yourself and other visitors. You will be asked to come into the library foyer one at a time to drop your books into a box. You can then leave via the gate which is furthest from the Co-op. We will tie back that gate for the duration of the session so that you don’t have to open the gate yourself.

Following drop off all books will be “quarantined” for at least 72 hours before being recorded as having been returned and put back on the shelves.
