Apricot Tray Bake

Apricot Tray Bake 


170g / 6oz Butter

227g / 8oz Apricots / Sultanas (we used about 6 oz Apricots and 2 oz Sultanas)

170g / 6oz Self Raising Flour

57g / 2oz Rolled Oats 

227g / 8oz Muscavado Sugar



Mixed spice to your taste

Chop the apricots – not too small

Melt butter in a pan 

Add all other ingredients and mix well

Put in a small Swiss roll tin

Bake for about 40 minutes at 150°C

Leave to cool and cut into squares
